Allahabad High Court extends Holidays till 31st May due to COVID-19

In a meeting of committee formed to address COVID-19 which was Chaired by Justice Bharti Sapru, it was decided to extend Holidays of Allahabad High Court till 31st, May, 2020. Committee said :

1. This is not the right time to open court.
2. Urgent cases will be heard using e-Filing.
3. e-Filing will be simplified, assured by Committee.

President of Bar Council Advocate Amrendra Nath Singh, Additional Advocate General Manish Goyal were present in the meeting.

Ex-President Advocate Rakesh Pandey was also Present.

President of Avadh Bar Council & General Secretary also attended the meeting.
